At ROOH, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully:

No Returns / No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Delivery Charges for Exchanges

  • In case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for paying the delivery fees again.

Important Notes

  • Any request for exchange after the 5-day period will not be accepted.

  • ROOH reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the conditions above.
